The Easter Story! What an awesome way to celebrate and remember Easter and its meaning! A huge thank you to Emma Diack who came along and told us the Easter story and got us all up and dancing with the kids. Thank you! (Check out the album for more photos)
We also enjoyed trying to pull out some yellow from our wardrobes for the kids to wear and loved their smiles as they held up their 'cheeky chick' craft activity!
The other huge thank you goes out to all of you who were able to donate to Tear Fund in purchasing a Cheeky Chick. We reached our target of a clutch of chickens (twelve)! These will go to families in need in the Philippines or Malawi and will really help these communities.
We look forward to seeing you all in Term 2 with a new calender of events. Our first official regathering will be on Tuesday 20th April with Coffee and Cake at the church hall. Happy Holidays!
