Welcome Baby Toby!

Melissa & Shaun have had a handsome boy!
Toby Shaun was born on the 31st July at 5.24pm.

He weighed in at 4200g (9lb4oz) and is 54cms long.

Toby is settling in okay and Beth is curious about our new family member. Melissa says Shaun and herself are figuring out how to balance the needs of both our little ones and each other.

God bless you all heaps as you bond together as a new family - he is lovely! Congratulations!
 

Welcome Baby Liam!

Liam Antonius was born on the 14th June at 12.15am.  He weighed in at 3900g and was 56cm long.

Helen had a water birth! (I loved my water births.)

Most of us have had a few cuddles now and think he's perfect!

Welcome Baby Mattea!

Mattea Vyvyan arrived on the 30th Oct at 4.15am. What a little darling! She weighed in at 7lb 14oz (3.55kg).

A huge congratulations to you both, Jo & Reesh! We hope you have a special time introducing Mattea to your world! We all enjoyed stealing cuddles with her today.

Welcome Baby Amelia!

Amelia Joyce arrived on Sat 27th Oct at 2.08am weighing in at 8lb 13oz (3997g). She is simply adorable!

A huge congratulations to you, Amy & Steve! We hope you all have a special time settling Amelia into your family, and we're looking forward to having cuddles with her.

Welcome Baby Joseph!

A huge congratulations to Chelsea & Matt on the safe arrival of little Joseph Jeremiah. How cute is that little mouth!

He was born on the 4th August at 1.35am and weighed in 3.33kgs (about 7lb 5oz). Chelsea is doing well.

We look forward to getting some snuggles with your little guy!

Welcome Baby Joshua!

A huge congratulations to Ruth, Jason & Hannah on the birth of their lil guy!

Joshua was born on the 24th June at 12.40pm.

He weighed in nicely at 3.9kg (8lb, 10.5oz).

He's beautiful, and we're all looking forward to cuddles with this bubba in Term 3!

Welcome Baby Jocelyn!

Aww, what a cutie!  And how sweet is that little hat!
Jocelyn Eileen was born to Belinda & Roland on the 28th April at 7.28am.  She weighed in at a lovely 9lb 8oz!  Well done, Belinda!  We look forward to having cuddles with this little bundle.

Welcome Baby Bethany!

Woohoo!  Another baby!  We love them.  :o)

Bethany Joan was born on the 24th February at 3:45pm via c-section, weighing in at a sweet 8lb 5oz (3810g).  She was 52.5cm long.

A huge congratulations to you both, Shaun & Melissa, she is beautiful.  We look forward to seeing you around WonderMums.

Welcome Baby Rosa!

Rosa arrived safely at 7.15am on the 26th January.

She weighed in at a lovely 7 pound.

What a little sweetie!  We so adore babies at WM, and hanker for cuddles with these newbies.

Welcome Baby Calvi!

Calvi David Diack arrived safely on the 27th December at 7.20pm at Middlemore.  He weighed in at 3.930kg (8lb 10oz) and measured 51cm long.

Nicol is home and doing well.  We look forward to cuddles with wee Calvi!

Welcome Babies Olivia & Quinn!

Olivia Brynn Carter arrived at 12.21pm on the 7th Dec.  She weighed in at 3.88kg (8lb 9oz) and measured 54cm.  Lisa was a trooper and did very well!

Quinn Mateo Lee arrived at 7.08pm the next day, 8th Dec.  He tipped the scales at 5.42kg (11lb 14oz) and measured 59cm long.  Monique spent a week in Middlemore with Quinn while he was being treated for an infection.  (Check out that link if you would like more info).

So Quinn & Olivia are well acquainted buddies whose Mama's shared a room at hospital!

Welcome Baby Tyla!

Yay!  Little Tyla safely arrived at 2.32pm on the 14th October 2011 via C-section.  Mum and baby have been resting up and are recovering nicely.

Tyla weighed in at 4020g (8lb 13oz) and was 56cm long.  She's a little honey.  Mikayla is a very adoring big sister, and enjoying doting on Tyla.

We look forward to having cuddles at WM.

Welcome Baby Rawiri!

Amba had her little baby boy on the 7th of October at 11.50am.  Everything went really well, and Amba is recovering great.  We even got to cuddle this little newbie at WM today.  He's adorable.

Rawiri (or Arjay) Komene weighed in at a decent 7lb 14oz!

Welcome Baby Liana!

Little Liana Joy Fransham was born to Nicole on the 17th July at 5.12am.

She weighed in at a lovely 7lb 13oz (3530grams), and was 52cm long.

By now most of you will have a had a chance to oogle this little cutie, and perhaps even have a cuddle!

She's so lovely!

Danika was born on the 27th June, 2011.

She weighed in at 6lb 10oz (3.005kg).

Makennan was born at 11.50pm on the 25th June 2011, weighing in at a nice 8lb 3oz (3.713kg).

Welcome Baby Kyson!!

Kyson Eric Hill arrived on the 28th of December at 2.57am to a very happy Julia and Glen.

He weighed in at a VERY healthy 9lb 9oz (4.3kg), and measured 55cm long.

Julia had a home water birth (you go girl!) and is doing so well. Kyson's siblings are so excited to have him out of Mum's tummy and adore him (check out the FB photos!).

We're so proud of you guys! A huge congratulations, Julia & Glen, and we can't wait for cuddles at WM!

Welcome Baby Ethan!

Julie & Ben Porter had a little boy, Ethan Charles Porter, at Auckland Hospital on Monday the 22nd Nov at 5.05pm. He weighed in at 7lb 8oz and measured 52cm long. Julie and the baby are doing really good, and look great! We look forward to having more cuddles with him at WonderMums!

Welcome Baby Finn!

Finn Christian Pointon was born to Mike & Jo Pointon on the 21st November at 12.53pm. He weighed in at 3.420kg (7lb, 8oz), and measured 50cm long with a head circ of 34cm. Jo had him naturally at Papakura Maternity Unit, and she was awesome!

Finn is a little darling - very alert and looking just like his big brother Josh!

A note of Thanks from Charm

Hi WonderMums,

It was such a blessing that your WonderMums group came to support my family. I want to share my thanks on the blogsite.

I have been to WonderMums since 2009. I always felt very lucky that I can join in with the activites in a mums group. I am a Christian and I believe God has the best plans for me and one is the opportunity to meet those lovely mums. I felt many mums, especially some leaders contributed time and put a lot of effort in to make the mums group very successful.
The other week, after my labour, I was having a very hard time because my older son Ethan got sick and he needed isolation from me and Asher, our new born baby. I have to look after Asher by myself as I cannot get any support from my relatives because they need to look after Ethan in another house. Praise GOD, God sent angels to help me. The WonderMums group helped me and delivered dinner to me for the first week I was home. I am very appreciative and I believe God sent those angels to me.

So a big thanks to those angels and lovely mums: Jo W, Jo P, Julia, Monique, Ruth and Pastor Lois.

May God Bless the WonderMums group and through their blessing may more mums understand God's power.
